Number 5, grilled the sandwich only..... That has been part of my diet for the past month. Im always on the run and would like your opinon on this kind of chicken.

seeing that it's probably cooked on the same "grill" as the other fatty hamburgers.. I think I'd pass....

I suppose if you limited the fatty condiments it would be kinda healthy?? I haven't been to Mickey D's forever, so I don't really know what comes on it....

hi does anyone know on avarage how much grams of protine and fat there is in 1 pound of cooked chicken. thanks in advance.

Assuming that you're referring to the Premium Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, McDonald's website says that it has 570 calories, 21g of fat, 7g saturated, 1720mg of sodium, 52g of carbs, and 8g of protein.

I would pass too, with the short amount of time I have I gotta bite on something(I know thats a lame excuse). Anyone ever worked In Mickey D's and know how this babys are made?

thanks Doms just what I was looking for.

thanks for the reply, but i meant any chicken not the mcdonald's one. if i was to cook 1 pound of chicken how much grams of fat and protine and cal... would be in that, will it be about the same as the mcdonalds one. sorry should have been more clear.

You didn't read my reply to you. The link that I gave to you was to a site that'll give you the nutritional breakdown on pretty much any food that you could think of.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
yeh sorry i read a different reply off yours, the link you gave was great thanks for the help.

Premium chicken is just as shitty as the non-premium chicken. blah.

That one said it had 44g of protein.

And I thought he was talking about the 420 caloric one with 32g of protein

Eww at any kind of fast food. If i DO get fast food, it's usually pita pit or extreme pita...because i get to watch them cook the meat and i see exactly what they are putting in my pitas.

It has McDonald's in the title. Ditch it. I know you're busy or constantly on the move, but unless you're a pro, we're all pretty much in the same boat. Try and get some wholesome chicken from a reliable butcher/store.

Having said that, Dorian Yates, Flex Wheeler and Lee Priest all loved fast food, and they've done alright.

I had a friend who didn't eat red meat who didn't eat fast food anywhere because all the grilled chicken tasted like beef to her. That was enough to make me pass too

hi i know fast foods are bad for you because they have a lot off fat and other bad things in them, so you could gain fat, but do they effect building muscle. i know that haveing a good diet will help gain muscle because there are foods that help build muscle, but can any food make you lose muscle. so if someone has a diet with all the foods to build muscle but also has some fast food in the diet does that mean they will gain muscle but also some extra fat from the bad things in the diet. or will the bad food stop muscle gains. sorry if these questions are stupid i dont know much about diet.

No, they will make you gain fat, and may slow muscle growth because your body has to deal with all of the sodium/additives, but they aren't gonna make you lose muscle....

Eat clean, healthier sources of carbs, protein and fat. Fast food is shit. Why is this such a hard notion to grasp?

I think the biggest problem with Rotten Ronnies is the whopping amount of sodium all their food has....including the salads.

Coffee is your safest option there. If you really are on the run...have a double burger, no cheese, no condiments and no fries, .

Ditto at subway...have a chicken or roast beef on a foot long no cheese or sauces (maybe mustard), double up the meat on to one side and chuck half the bread.

All that said, being on the run means you lack preparation and really need to tighten up your diet. You should be planning your meals in advance and make them at home. That way you control the ingredients. Most fast food has a crap load of salt and you're just asking for problems later in life (possibly earlier if you are genetically predisposed) if you eat that crap too often, even if you work out.
