The day started off Ok...worked a few hours in the morning. Hit the gym afterwards and did my leg routine and had a very good workout. In the evening is where things got messed up (so to speak): As a general rule I do NO cardio on leg day or the day after, right? A group from church had reserved the local rec center and of course I took my family. It started off ok with a little light volleyball and some 3 on 3 half court basketball. The 3 on 3 half court turned into 5 on 5 FULL COURT! RUNNING! A LOT OF RUNNING! ON LEG DAY!!! Im dying right now. It gets better, after the basketball they bring out the dodge balls! OH YEAH...running around like crazy and throwing my arm and shoulder out!!!! LOL, it was fun and the kids had a great time but Im hurting ALL over right now. Thank goodness I still have some prescription loratab left over. I will be dead tommorow.
