Me boxing (fixed)

lose the stupid ass hat when training, and you sloppy bro!!! you need to keep the elbows in tighter on the job, and for god sake quit throwing arm punches!!! it does not look like you have very good hip rotation, and move around the bag more. you shouldnt be puching when it is swing in to you move around it. keep a tighter hook, you are swing it WAY to far out and leaving yourself open for the right cross that i guarantee will dropp you with you stepping in wild like that. most of all SLOW DOWN and work on your form before you start throwing crazy combos. another piece of advice because my list can keep going on and on. the jab is one of the most important punches and VERY few can throw one effectively, and it is actually one of the easiest and so many fuck it up!!!!

BUT LOSE THAT STUPID ASS HAT AND TRAIN!!!!!!

I always train in a hat unless i have a fresh design in my hair. Anyway yah this was a yaer and a half ago i got much better. my best aspect tho is my chin and mad good cardio. so im most likely gunna be like a brawler.

looks good. you are definetly ready for the special olympics.

You're training is shit. You should be training so hard, and bringing your body temp up, that it's uncomfortable to wear a hat.

If you fight in that hat I'd wait for you to lift your chin like that and clobber you good right in the throat or wait for you to have to adjust it.

And what is up with the title? "Nig hittin the bag"

my boy posted it because i didnt know how so I asked hi to do it.

No not the mop again boss!!!

I really do not believe thats a 200 pound bag. I've been around quite a few bags and that just doesnt look like one. especially with those arm punches your throwing, your NOT going to move a 200 pound bag like that. IF YOU ARE YOU NEED TO TURN PRO NOW!!! very few people going to move a 200 pound bag like that, and at your size forget about it!!! but i seen where you told someone you was pushing it, which you were after about a minute all your punches were more of pushing the bag instead of snapping on it. someone mentioned hand speed which wasnt too bad. And you said this was a year and half ago? hope you had someone work on your form, because if you just got better at doing what you were doing then you have ALOT of bad habits. and the shoulder roll your trying to work on like mayweather, your stance is too fucked up for that style your too squared up you need to rotate your right side more to the back. at the angle of the camera i should see more of your shoulder than your face. and bring your left up a little more when trying to block your abs. let me see there are quite a few more things but i'll get back to you.

Agreed. I think he has a good jab though. Maybe snap it back a little quicker. Do you have a trainer?

Move around the bag is also good advice, unless you would be out of camera view or whatever.

But there is no way on god's green earth that is a 200 lb bag.

And lose the hat. If your hair isn't in a fresh style, throw on a doo-rag

i just weighted it. it is 150lbs. my bad. look at my newer video. this was me with about 4-6monhts training. the new one is 8monhts. I havea trainer. ofcourse boxing isnt my main thing. my main thing is learning to fuck people up then MMA.

I honestly felt the jab could use the most work .

agreed. thats what i fixed on the most as well. any future videos should be done where we can see foot work as well.

danny things dont seem to be adding up. what were your height and weight stats a year ago?

GOODFELLA you thought that was a good jab? hhhmmmm ok im with others i think it was sloppy, and danny just cause you beat an amature in SPARING doesn't mean anything. plus who knows if he fought anyone decent? trust me i saw you gas out in the videos at about 1:30 or so. your punchs went from somewhat sloppy to extremly sloppy. i will say when you get in close, and through those crazy combinations that seems it will be your fit. but you need to have more snap on them and quit pushing the bag, and bring them back into a defensive posture, until you bady and head movement gets up to par. (i bet everybody thought i missed that! ) lol just dont sit infront of the bag and go crazy with combos, shift your head and weight with the punches keep moving!

but good job on the win either way. have you had any sanctioned fights? (ones that count) if you did how did you do?

Yeah not bad, especially for a 16 year old kid. Still needs a little work (brings the whole arm up from the shoulder too much)...but it's pretty solid and a good base. We're talking about a boxer who just started somewhat recently, do you really expect his jab to be perfect? It's honestly pretty difficult to evaluate someone when they're standing in a stationary position though.
