I was just wonderding the best way to burn body fat while gaining muscle. Acording to my scale, I have 13% body fat and wiegh 154.4 pounds, so I want to loose about 10 pounds of body fat which would put me at about 6.5%. My max for benching is 200 even right now, and i want to get it up to 230 or more by the end of this summer. Should I diet and take like 4 scoops from my whey protein powder a day, or what? I hope that by the end of the summer i will have gained 10 pounds, lost body fat, and have gotten a lot stronger.
