Ok, so today I got my FatTrack II calipers, the instructions are fairly vaige. Is there a site with photo instructions on measuring body fat? I googled and all I got was a whole heap of pages give the calipers rave reviews...
I think I am not doing it right as I'm getting 21% BF... I'm 181CM and 123 Kilos... (271 pound 5'11") I would have thought I was over 30%...
Any pointers or anything?
