Take a medicine ball roughly the size of a bowling ball (mine was 12 pounds or about 5 kilo) palm it from the top and swing it around your body switching hands in the front and rear as you circle. The goal is to keep a steady rythim while keeping your hand on top or the side, not the bottom of the ball. It's tough to keep the grip as you keep going. I will adjust score for body weight and medicine ball weight.
(75/e1)*(e2/5)*(e3)
e1=body weight in kilograms
e2=weight of medicine ball in kilograms
e3=number of complete revolutions
Good luck and have fun. It's good for grip, core and lots of ancillary muscles.
