I forgot to formally introduce myself. It has been a year since I registered, but I feel as if I need more of an introduction. I'm 32 years old, just had twins, and have gained about 40 pounds over the last year! Not good. Anyhow, I have been dedicating myself to getting back in shape. I've lost about 10 lbs since, but feel better, and have more energy. Not much, but a noticeable difference.
The only thing I can say is, high intensity, make that heart pump, and minimal rest between sets. I've already seen the weight melt by doing this! This starts my new journey into the weightlifting arts. I have found high intensity training works best for me.
Anyways, good to be here on this forum, and consider myself a loyal member!
