while we're talking 'bout fat chicks i HAVE to give big thumbs up to monica brant. she trained at gold's venice when i was there and i saw her at least 3 times a week most weeks for about a year and i swear not once did she look like she had an ounce of "extra" on her. she wasn't razor sharp freaky bodybuilding level of below 10% but her abs were always there - all of them.

and if that isn't nervy enough - she was very pleasant and nice from what i could tell.
