for the last few years ive noticed im not as mentaly aleart as i used to be and some days i almost feel like im not fully awake,my diet isnt perfect but is good to very good,i dont smoke and very rarley drink only specialy occasions usually,fitness wise im i have good cardio and only got 10-12%body fat on average.
is there anything i can add to my diet to help with this or even maybe a suppliment i can try or is this a signe of low blood pressure?
i would ask my local doctor but frankley they are never interested unless it is a emergency so thought id ask here.
