Methadrol Extreme 3 weeks in update - 20+lbs gained

So I am a little over 3 weeks into my methadrol extreme cycle. I started on the 28th of last month. On the 28th I weighed 161lbs yesterday I weighed in at about 183. I'd say I am still sub 10% bf.

I am incredibly happy with the results so far. I did 315x2 on bench for my final set the other day. My squats sky rocketed, basically all my lifts are huge. I feel huge.

So when my 4 weeks are over and I start my PCT is taking clomid 100/100/50/50 going to be fine by itself? No need to take nolva as well?

I havent had any side effects besides a slight noticeable increase in acne on my upper back / shoulder blades. I have never been one to have any acne though so I'm not surprised it was just a tiny bit. Plus the occasional calf soreness is about it. Besides that everything has been great.

Great results for three weeks. What else have you included in your stack? You mention high weight gain with no side effects, but how about water retention? I have the complete methadrol stack and plan to start it in 10 days. Your feedback is appreciated.

I am taking nothing besides kre alkyn, bcaa's, glutamine, fish oil, flaxseed oil, and shit tons of food/protein/weight gainer.

A little history on me. I naturally sit around 5-6% BF. I have my entire life, through wrestlin/boxing I never had to cut have always ate whatever I wanted and never been able to gain.

Prior to starting this cycle I was eating probably around 3200-3500 calories a day.

Right now I am taking in anywhere from 4500-5k calories a day.

I have 2 800 calorie pro complex gainer shakes a day, and before bed I have a 2k calorie serious mass gainer shake.

Also when I weighed in on the 28th I had to have been completely dry, I was just getting over having pneumonia.

Today I weighed in at about 183. I still am vascular as ever... I have always been very veiny though so I could be carrying a bit of water and still be showing them like crazy I guess. I havent noticed much water. I did have a buddy tell me I looked to be carrying a bit more noticeable water in my face though, if thats possible. More then my muscles at least lol.

I dont exactly have any before or afters. But I do have a couple random pics from the gym the other day. I also have a pic from about a month or 2 before I started the cycle.

That's about as much for pics as I have right now. I will post some more after this 4th week.

Here's a sample of my daily food intake:

6am at work 2 packets of cinnamon apple oatmeal

10am 8-10oz steak or a couple hamburgers

noon 8-10oz steak or hamburgers + corn or pasta + potatoes of some fashion

2pm couple chocolate chip granola bars and a pro complex gainer shake with 18oz 2% milk

4pm lift + pre workout

5:30pm-6pm ish post workout shake 16oz 2% milk + pro complex gainer + bcaa's -etc-

7:30-8pm whatever red meat i have for dinner which is generally a couple of steaks or hamburgers or spaghetti, potatoes, corn, pasta some combination of those

10pm methadrol pill stack, generally I'll eat whatever I find in the fridge when I take this. So maybe half a burger or steak or some pasta whatever there is.

11pm - 1am sometime around here before bed or when im getting in bed I will have 32oz 2% milk + serious mass gainer shake which equals about 2k calories.



Would I suggest my diet to everybody? No. Could it be better? I'm sure it could be much better.

I have never been able to get over 10% BF in my entire life, no matter how much I eat. I eat ALL day non stop eating everything imaginable and I dont gain an ounce of fat. This seems to be working for me so I will keep doing whatever works. Everybody's body types and genetics will be different so what works for me wont necessarily work for everybody else.

Also to add:

I am 22yrs old will be 23 in may. I am 5'9 and have a 30in waist.

Don't get me wrong you are pretty lean, but you were not anywhere around 5%bf even before you started the cycle. Grats on the progress nevertheless.

I'm definitely not at 5% in that picture, I'll give you that. But that was me at my biggest 'bulk' before. It was for a contest on ar15.com. A body transformation contest at which I was bulking. So take that for what its worth.

I would definitely suggest it. Being this is my first use of anything beyond creatine/protein, I am definitely pleased with the results so far. If I can keep even half of these gains I will be thoroughly impressed.

I definitely noticed the gains drop off for the 4th week. I am floating right around 183. This may also be from a drop off of food intake for the past couple of days been very busy with family things and had not ate like I probably should have over the weekend.

Another thing I forgot to mention as far as a side. I have definitely noticed that my biceps feel tight all of the time. If I just attempt to constrict my bi even a slight bit the tightness is noticeable. It feels like the day after a real good bi workout without the extreme soreness. Not that it's bad, but it is definitely something I have noticed for 3 weeks or so now.
 
Don't drop off cals in PCT, one thing lots of guys do. You'll lose more then you want for sure then.

K that is something I will definitely try to keep up. And to think I thought the nights of going to sleep not feeling sick from my last shake were over for a few.

On a side note I was 184 yesterday and I felt light and missed a shake at lunch, so I think that's a good thing. 3 days left till pct.
 
Just wanted to post a quick update. I have been on PCT now for 6 days. I havent dropped a pound yet. Still hovering between 183-185 depending on the day. My back pumps are all gone, the calf pumps are gone. I do 'feel' smaller but mainly because the constant 24/7 muscular pump/fullness is gone. My appetite isnt what it was, I feel less hungry and that I am having to force much more food down then before. My strength still seems elevated. I have always been incredibly strong for my size, but it really hasnt seemed to go down since I have been off yet.

I have been taking 100mg clomid daily for past 6 days. I'll move it down to 50mg/day for the next 3 weeks probably.

So I started at 161 and I'm sitting at 183-185 today. If I can keep above 175 after these next 3 weeks I would be incredibly happy.
