5ounds of muscle in one month is
Extremely difficulf . What types of workouts were you doing. The normal average muscle gain for a natural bodybuilder is 1/2 a pound of muscle a week,if everything is done right. I have been bodybuilding & lifting weights for years & can only gain 5 to 7 pounds in a year. Look at all the big time bodybuilders , they averagely gain 10 lbs a year.
One year they will weigh 250 on stage & the next year maybe 260lbs. Whatever your doing is great. I need some of that. Lets
calculate. 5 lbs a week equals 20lbs a month. If you did something wrong then maybe you will gain 10lbs a month.
Damn , if you gained 10lbs a month for 12 months then that means you could gain 120lbs a year. I say in the ext two years you will be
Mr. Olympia. . Its hard to believe that 5 lbs a month of actual muscle with just Methoxy pro can be atained.
Maybe though . IMO I think Methoxy pro is a crock of shi....
About a year ago Methoxy pro was advertised in all the magazines. I got the new flex magazine & it is not in there once.
The only protein that is holding its weight is
Nitro tech . I am sure you know how to do a bodyfat test
