My brother and I subscribe to very similar training style as Mentzer and Jones. (Mentzer is a little cooky, but Jones was an innovator)
I dont use full body routines as of NOW, but have in the past. I like them, very taxing and they are wonderful for builing endurance. The only problem I forsee is actually being able to motivate yourself to the point that , say, Jones would have on a full body routine.
It would take an insane amount of mental fortitude to do that....
I use a split routine as of now... probably going back more to the full body real soon (I change it up a lot')
