Personally, i find skim milk to be superb with protein shakes, makes it taste better, goes down easier and you dont get that bloated feeling, but if you use whole milk i reccomend diluting it with some water at least. For some reason this helped my stomach problems a bit, Also dont chug the drink and drink it under 30 seconds. might help you out bro, gl
