Mixing two kinds of exercises?

Hi
I'm doing a one day on,one day off routine now.On the day off, would it be ok to work with a bullworker?Or would that be overdoing it?
 
Any balanced resistance training program is going to be better than one of those things. Theres no point using up your time and energy doing something thatll either do nothing towards your goals, or something negligible. Just enjoy your rest days.
 
Oh ok sir, you mean that bullworker workouts would be a waste of time?I'll just follow your advice and take the rest day to umm rest :) Tyvm for the reply :)
 
If you're on a good resistance program, i highly doubt itll add anything. Just have a good day off. :thumb:

If you really need to do something just do some low intensity Cardio.

some shit like total gym 2000 or whatever with elastic bands and shit?

Or is he slaving away in a field with cattle?
 
day on day off

on any well planned training program you should plan and use your off days as off days.they are equally importent as your training days.
