Is there any benefit to doing cardio before or after HIIT?? what should i eat before or after??

you were gaining b/c you were weight training....no. maybe your diet was jacked at the time. as a suggestion, try a beginner program 3 days a week including 5 or so compound exercises. be sure to include one for each major muscle group and throw some cardio in there a few times a week.sarahann727 said:I had done weight training before but found i was just gaining weight.
