Is one supposed to hit more exercises per bodypart while on a bulking cycle? If so could someone explain . If not what would you suggest rep and sets wise.
No IMO, just make sure u lift heavy dong the biggest lifts. Im currently bulking natty and ive had great success this way using the squat day for example=
Squats 4 x 3-5
split squats 3 x 8 -10
hack squats 3 x 10
calfs (just smash them 4 ten mins)
done
I have been throwing the odd isolation exercise in at the end but its not realy essential when bulking. Rest is also important so u mightwant to keep it to 4 days but i carnt realy comment without u posting your routine. Resting is when your muscle heal and grow. I agree with above regards the eatiing bit
U might also notivce that there isnt much hamstring work. this is becouse i target them more on deadlift day as i train legs twice a week
please note ive gained 21 pound in around 4 month and still gaining with a good percentage muscle. This after plateuing for a long time
