I take masteron prop every day and prefer it (my reasons for being on prop rather than enanthate are my own) over enanthate. Question is....should I take the mast prop in the evening or upon rising?

Mast prop, because it increases my CNS, tends to make either falling asleep or staying asleep a little difficult at times (it varies from night to night). Thing is I take it in the evening thinking it would be best since I wake up at 430am to go train before being at work at 8am.

I'm afraid that taking it upon rising won't have the same "amped up" effects I'm looking for for my early morning training. Wondering if it would do anything to improve my sleep at night. Wondering if it wouldn't even matter. lol
 
Pin it first thing in the morning. Remember that these compounds are not only used in a small window during your workout. They continue to benefit you all day long. They help in recovery a lot more than tear down.
Remember when you pin even with the prop, the tank isn't empty. You don't start over every day. Pin as often as you need to keep steady levels and you are fine.
 
I would pin before the workout and hopefully in a muscle that will get some direct work. Basically you could pin at night and let the oil sit there and pool up or you can pin it and go workout to get things circulating faster. It also makes for less painful injection sites and better sleep.
 
So you guys are suggesting I pin upon rising?

Example...

I pin at around 7 or 8pm. Go to bed at 10pm and by 2 or 3am, my body wants to wake up and then its difficult to fall back asleep. I lose like 1-2 hours of sleep because of this. The good thing is that I can feel its "amped up" effects when I wake up to go lift weights. Makes getting out of bed at 4am a whole lot easier too. LOL. But of course, I need more sleep than just 5hrs per night.

Some bros are telling me that injecting it in the morning upon rising won't do any difference. The mast is in me and has been in me for many, many days now and that I will continue to have this sleep annoyance until I either come off the mast or decrease dose. I'm currently on 50mgs per day.
 
In the morning or right before activity. For example. I take a walk everyday on my lunch hour, so I do it right before I go walking. Gets blood into the area and makes it less painful. Very little to no PIP.
 
Ok, so bottom line....why inject first thing in the morning 1 hour before my training begins? Forgot about PIP, I'm not getting any PIP whatsoever. LOL
