WHAT IS THE "MOST" EFFECTIVE TYPE OF PROTEIN ... WHEY VS SOY ... I PERSONALLY HEARD WHEY :shrug: ... WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND??? TYPE AND BRAND PLEASE :D
 
I recommend whey for post workout. quickest absorb. Optimum nutrition is okay. Muscle Milk tastes awesome too. It is also lactose free for those of us that have problems with that.

for all day shakes I like MRPs that are blends of casein and whey proteins. I like Labrada's Lean body shakes, Muscle Milk RTDs or ProLab's lean complex.

THIS WILL BE A LARGE PART OF MY DIET ... I AM GOING TO START THE PSMF DIET THING :( ( www.bodyrecomposition.com ) :( . SO IS THERE ANYTHING SAFE TO DRINK SEVERAL TIMES A DAY ??? IM LOOKING FOR LIKE A REGULAR BUCKET OF PROTEIN SOMETHING THAT I CAN BUY IN A FAIRLY GOOD SIZE AND ISN'T A FORTUNE.
 
If you are trying to loose fat, whey is your best protein overall, I recommend that you purchase a whey blend like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey ... It is one of the best tasting proteins and is a quality product.

Using protein powder as your main source of protein is a huge mistake!!!!

That sounds better....I eat 6 times a day and only use protein powder for 1 or 2 meals.
