It took me about a week to read his thread, a few pages a day.
He does compete, even though he says he doesn't have the genetics to be a pro, so his 4 + 2 is for people like him, who are on year round cycles. The 2 week cruise is a maintenance dose of test (if you did 750 for the week you would cruise maybe 250/300, and clomid therapy of course). He doesn't recommend going cold turkey during the 2 weeks, and mentions why he believes that.
Hard on the system in what way(s)? Hard on natural test recoup yes, but he has clean blood tests, and still has some some balls, so while he doesn't completely recoup he is still maintaining some natural level of function.
Hard on the prostate comes to mind, I have heard of one person who believes they got prostate cancer from thier past steroid use, and they did only 4 cycles, another guy thought he got cataracts from it, that one I don't think I buy, but if you have something that runs in the family then I would be worried that anything you do to yourself may have a chance of triggering problems for you. Anyone who wants to do stuff like this certainly is going to take upon themselves say quarterly bloodwork or whenever, or else they are going to be playing with the unknown.
I didn't neccessarily post the thread just for the cycle examples, but for the totality of his theories, interesting if nothing else. I'm using his training routine at the moment, no real results because its only been 2 days.
Exotic meaning newbies who run 7 freaking drugs thier first stack, as well as people hunting down long lost exotic compounds. Even at the upper levels when you find this stuff its often lowly educated bodybuilders OR cutting cycles OR long cycles where they try to keep from receptor downregulation by trading off one drug for another as the weeks progress. He mentions as do other big guys, that thier cycles are all still very basic, just more of the same, he also isn't on 2g-4g test or anything like that, same with pix of another guy I posted, only 5 cycles (basic stuff), and up to 1.5g test in TOTAL at his max which was his last and most recent cycle, yet nearly 21" arms. Too many guys seem to use, have shit diets, have 4 or more cycles under thier belts and never break 220 pounds, these guys are serious about what they do and its at least maybe partial insight into the full time cycles which are a curiosity for some of us.
Him being such a hardgainer (remember his starting bodyweight!), it may be neccessary at some level for someone like him to keep the weight on like he does.
