multi vitamins

When I supplement with multivitamins, can I just use any adult product from say the drugstore? Or are there multi-vits for bodybuilding/athletes?

Any multi vitamin is better than none. If you want a really good one though I suggest Natures Plus Sources of Life w/o Iron

Do you know if they sell Natures Plus at Whole Foods? There is one across the street from me, it would be super-duper convenient!

DG - thats fine for some. I don't need the additional iron by far but ummmm, I said without Iron because the people asking are men.
