How can i increase muscle density? any training or supplement tips would be appreciated on how to give my body a leaner, harder look with more vascularity.

TRAINING DIET

Thanks for replying to my question.Appreciated.

I have 3 main meals a day and use weight gain/ protein powders between these to supplement my diet. I am currently using N-Large 4 times a day and i have just started a course of 19Nor 250.Below is a typical day of my diet.Your thoughts on this would be very welcome.

MORNING

7.30

Bowl of Cereal
2 slices of brown toast with ham
Fruit Juice
Serving of N - Large Protein Powder 2 scoops (with pint of milk)

10AM

Serving of N - Large 2 scoops(with water)
Piece of fruit

AFTERNOON

12PM

Pasta or baked potato with chicken or tuna
Pint of milk
Piece of fruit

4PM

Serving of N - Large 2 scoops (with pint of milk)
Piece of fruit

EVENING

7PM

Chicken or Beef Steak with potatos or rice and vegetables
Fruit Juice

9.30PM

Serving of N - Large 2 scoops (with water)

This may change daily but it gives you a general idea of the kind of food i eat and how often i eat.

Is it better to take N-Large with milk or water?
I used to drink a lot of milk but have reduced the amount i drink so i am taking less calories.

Would it help if i stopped taking N-Large and started taking a normal protein powder with less calories?

At the moment i am trying to bulk up but i would like to keep myself as lean possible while doing this.I can post you a copy of my training plan if you like?

Water would be better, I read where milk coats the stomic and you don't absorb as much protein because of it.

Yes, the N-Large probably has to many calories, good for bulking but not for getting lean.

Its pretty hard to do both, in my case impossible it seems, I think if you change your protein from N-large to something with less Cals it'll help.

to improve on muscle density you should concentrate on the negatives of the rep then go light and really go for the pump then try and lose BF for definition.
