I just started working out but the only time i have available is 5 in the morning. Because of that fact i started taking white flood to help me wake up and get pumped for the gym. I also have a tub of muscle milk and know the type of protein is not for Post workout. I dont want it to go to waste. Simply wondering if i can take both before workout or is this a bad idea. Post workout i have been taking EAS whey. Im 36, 152 pounds at 5'7. I think MM will probably make me gain weight. Not sure if i needto gain weight or not. My goal is to put on a bit of muscle but i dont want to be huge. Im already a bit on the flabby side, mostly around my mid section.
