Sugar content is not really much at 6 grams per 2 scoops. Optimum Nutrition, just to compare, has 2 grams. 4 grams is nothing.Its trash IMO.. More of a meal replacement treat with more sugar than one would need. Go with a regular whey after your workout.

Muscle Milk is THE best tasting whey protein I have ever tried... and I have tried a lot. If it wasn't for the extra calories (350 per servings) and high fat content (18 grams per servings), it would be my only choice. It also leaves my stomach bloated.
Now I take Optimum Nutrition (240 calories/3 grams of fat) or EAS Whey Protein.

I switched to ON chocolate and thought it was the best thing. I mean it's so good you can have it for desert. I've recently been trying to find some natural alternatives. Really worrying about all the crap I ingest on a regular basis, especially artificial sweeteners.
muscle milk also has a slightly funny "twinge", metallic, bitter ...aftertaste to it. I think ON is superior to it because it doesn't have this as much.
TrueProtein.com???????????????????????Yeah, I know what you mean. There used to be a place I'd order protein from from time to time and you could customize it anyway you wanted included all the sweeteners that went into it. It was really expensive though, and I don't think I even have the link to the site anymore.
