Is there any kind of 'text book' muscle proportion to work for? Example: your bench should be a centain % of your Squat, or curls should be a certain % max compaired to tri's. I heard from some one that your bent over Rows max should be the same as your max bench. If this is true I have alot of back work to do...Bench max 265, rows 145.

Everyone is different, so any sated proportions will just be generalisations. Really though, who cares?

I take it that was aimed at me?

ok, i think i'm seeing things...

I agree, everyone is geneticly different and there is no one formula to go by.
Just look around your gym, you'll see large guys that bench a tone and some that max at 250, then you'll see a puny runt that can top out at 400lb.
Use the mirror to judge yourself. :thumb:

On wannabebig there is a member who can deadlift 450lbs at a bodyweight of 150lbs. That is a triple bodyweight dead.

He isn't huge either. (as you may have guessed from his weight.)

Thanks for the advice guys.
TCD.... My post was just for any feed back in general, not directed to anyone in paticular, but I think you are probably refering to the replys that have been erased.
