I'm a newbie to this forum. This is an awesome forum. I'm a 52 year old female and have been working out in the gym for 4 years. My husband and I go to the gym 5 days a week for about 2 hours between cardio and weight training. We both are starting on the cutting plan from this site. Trying to find those muscles that we know are there under the last layer of fat. My question is for the female cutting plan it calls for Muscle Provider and Ultra Size powder. In our cupboard we have protein powder and whey protein powder. Can I substitude the protein powders for the muscle provider and ultra size? We both tried meal one for breakfast this morning. Wow that's alot of food. lol
