Muscle Provider

I'm a newbie to this forum. This is an awesome forum. I'm a 52 year old female and have been working out in the gym for 4 years. My husband and I go to the gym 5 days a week for about 2 hours between cardio and weight training. We both are starting on the cutting plan from this site. Trying to find those muscles that we know are there under the last layer of fat. My question is for the female cutting plan it calls for Muscle Provider and Ultra Size powder. In our cupboard we have protein powder and whey protein powder. Can I substitude the protein powders for the muscle provider and ultra size? We both tried meal one for breakfast this morning. Wow that's alot of food. lol

yes, you can use whey instead of muscle provider and ultra size. those are just brand names from Beverly Nutrition.

It was amazing to me that you can eat so much food and still lose bodyfat!

Thanks. I was hoping to be able to use up the protein powder. Katt you are right about being amazing about how much you can eat while cutting. Being able to eat this much doesn't really seem like it is a cutting diet at all.
