LOL @ Prince...am I that predictable
Thanks Brian
I don't know who said it, but abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym! If you want abs, you've got to shed the layer of fat that is covering them.
So, your diet could use a bit of work...we need stats from you too.
First, you need to increase your water...not sure what you're getting now, but it's likely not enough

Aim for 6 litres.
Your diet is kinda high in sugar. For instance, an apple, peach or grapefruit would be better for you than a banana, cantaloupe or orange...actually, I'm not sure on the cantaloupe, I'll have to check on that, but I'm pretty sure, lol.
Baked potatoes are deadly for a cut, carrots aren't the best either. A better alternative would be a sweet potato or yam, brown rice or oats. Dark green veggies such as spinach, romaine lettuce, green pepper, broccoli, celery, etc are excellent slow-burning, high fibre foods to eat.
Milk also has quite a bit of sugar...an alternative, if you're using it in your shakes, is to mix 2-3 tbsp of heavy whipping cream (not whipped cream) w/ your protein shake and add water...you will still get a creamy taste w/o the sugar and the cream will satiate you longer than the milk.
Baked chips are a no-no
