hard trainer posted that video today and it got bashed so he took it down because he was upset (baby). So now someone comes on here and this is their first post?? give me a break......this has to be hardtrainer or someone fucking around. last week swordfish posted a picture of that sloppy fat kid Kahn and said he was a really smart trainer.

You clean a weight, about 80 percent of your max, and then, after a good pause, spin around as fast as you can. Stop quickly, return the weight to the floor. Repeat.

It's very fun. You see, by spinning, it puts the obliques into the equation. That makes it even more of a total body workout. Isn't it obvious? Seriously...

When I saw him doing it, I was sure it was a joke. But when he walked to turn off the camera, he looked serious...I feel bad for that kid
