alrightttt im 5'2 and 120lbs
ya im short as hell, i use to be 135-140lbs when i was working out in high school. then i just slowly stopped working out because of college and then my job.. now im back in the game i want to be 135-140 built like i use too be.. i was hsocked when i seen my test lvls so low... ill post some before, after and progress pics when my gear arrives.
Then you ought to be able to get to 145-150 pretty easily without gear, since you are older now, and your metabolism is slower. I would shoot for 150 pounds naturally before touching the gear if I were you.

Spend some time in the nutrition section of this forum.
 
no i eat like a monster yet i cant get passed 125 i eat a ton of healthy food /cals yet my metabolism has not slowed down at alll if not its at its all time high atm

8 eggs a day! 2 pounds of chicken a day! Post your actual diet, what you eat, in the nutrition section and ask for suggestions and critique. We'll fix you up!

Most people put on weight better at 23 than at 18. Anyway, as for your diet, no, I do not trust you. Post your diet in the diet and nutrition section. Diet & Nutrition <---- HERE

Eating like a monster does not mean much of anything at all. Almost everybody THINKS they eat well for gaining muscle, and almost nobody does. What do you have to lose by posting up your diet and getting advice? If some favorable changes are made, and you start gaining, then you win. If your diet is perfect, and nobody has any possible advice they can give you to improve, then you lose nothing but the two or three minutes it took to post your diet and read the responses.

Odds are that improvements can be made.

Give it a shot!
 
ok ill post it, i didnt mean to offend you in anyway or try to be smart with you. tomorrow i will post my diet and everything. i dont have time tonight. thanks for taking the time to tell me to do it. haha needed that push. tomorrow ill do a daily/weekly intake and i will be doing the fitday log aswell, ive been working 10-12 hour days and my family flew down from indiana to where im at yesterday so i havent had much time to get on the laptop.

Great! Hopefully we can start packing some pounds on you. Between this and another forum, diet advice added 5 pounds naturally before my first cycle when I thought I had done all I could naturally before that. I also thought I had a great diet, and everybody I asked agreed with me - but I did not ask any bodybuilders!
 
i know i hope well with my diet now i have gained a solid 15 lbs now im 125 solid so im glad. ive been on fitday and right now im taking around 3000- to 3800
depending on my work schedule and i dont know the specs on protien and all that cuz im not logged in but i was over 250g protein. and the good fats. that site rocks.
