I've noticed when I take a day off from the gym,
I feel, sluggish, and, lazy.

Its like my body knows when its time to go to
the gym. Once it sees 2 hours pass, without
any workout, it starts (My body) to show side
effects.

Has this happened to you?

What do you do to remedy this problem?

For the record, I workout 5 - 6 days a
week.

5 giving the most side effects.
 
Maybe if you work out less often, your body will get used to the work/rest cycle and you won't need to workout every 2hrs.

I wish I was obsessed with definition or the GYM as much as you are

Its probably just mental. I used to be like that, when i had a lot of time to kill. On off days i would just be sitting around with nothing to do and i would feel withdrawal symptoms from the gym. Now that i don't have so much time to kill, a day off from the gym is welcome so i can relax, watch some tv, read a book etc.
 
Could be your brain expecting the usual endorphin rush.

I tried that once. My body response better on shocks (So to
speak) The more I shock it, the better (Strength/Definition) it responds.

sounds like you are overtraining big time are you a newb to working out whats your workout exercise look like
