Lunch 1 12pm
4 oz tuna
3 slices oat bread
1/2 cup rice
16 oz water
meal total 8/90/42
Lunch 2 3pm
1 chicken breast
1 cup rice
16 oz water
meal total 4/92/35
Dinner 6pm
1 glass milk
1 baked potato
16 oz water
whatever my mom makes for dinner, usually cleanish food

Post Workout 9pm

Before Bed 12am
16 oz milk
1 scoop casein

DAILY TOTAL= Fat=81 Carbs=436 Protein=238 TOTALTOTAL=3425 kcals
i know im lacking in fats and carbs i just dont know where to add any more
