I started using ephedrine at 16, but in small doses, really small. like 10mg , with 2 cups coffee 3 times a day. now when i am gonan ut this spring. I will use 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine anhydrous, and 20mg synephrine. 3 times a day. to blunt hunger, and help with my fat loss. plus i will up protein, and glutamine to 30g a day, and still take just pure creatine mono.
MY diet as of may1. will be as follows.
430AM- 40g whey, 10g amino's, 10g glutamine, e/c/s stack.6 efa's
530 am- 10 egg whites, 65g carbs from oats, banana, vitamin pak
800 am- 10 egg whites, 45g carbs from oats. banana, aakg 4g, creatine
1100am - 40g whey, 10g amino's, e/c/s stack, 10g glutamin, creatine
130 pm - 5oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups brown rice, 1Tbsp Flax oil.
400 pm- e/c/s stack, 4g aakg, 10g amino's
430 pm- 5oz lean beef, 1.5 cups rice, 1Tbsp flax, 6 efa's
700pm- 40g whey, 35g carbs
900pm - 40g casein protein in water,zma, aakg, aminos, 10g glutamine
totals are. 315g protein(only couting whole sources) 1260 calories.
315g carbs(oats, and rice) 1260 calories.
55g fats(supps, flax, and food) 500 calories
TOTAL= 3020 cals
totals for supps are
30g of amino acids
12g efa's
1 animal pak
12g aakg
10g creatine
30g glutamine
75mh ephedrine, 600mg caffeine, 60mg synephrine.
I will go to lifting 5 days a week, and doing cardio for 45 minutes a day 6 days a week.
15 minutes jogging, 15 minutes swimming, 15 minutes uphill biking.
Monday: arms, abs
Tuesday: legs, calves,
wednesday: shoulders
thursday: chest, abs
friday: back, calves.

does this look ok? I may need more fats in my diet. someone said not to go lower than 3000 cals, because of my weight and age. so i will more than likely up the cals. maybe 3200.
