Well if you are trying to get cut fast then keep in mind you WILL going to lose LBM!!

You really need to add some sort of protein to you Meal 1 and I would also increase your protein so that you are getting 45-50G P per meal. Also, get rid of the white rice and use brown rice instead.

When, where and how much Flax are you getting?

Also, if you come off the creatine for the next few weeks you'll drop weight for sure. Creatine makes you hold up to 10 pounds of water. :)

Protein in meal 1 would help...and the essential fatty acids added in will make life less miserable for you.

I do not agree with 2400 calories for cutting, from your height and weight there is no way you have enough muscle to do any significant cutting at 2400 calories a day. (and thats not a knock either, just a fact. Many lifters I am associated with who are appreciably larger in stature than 200 lbs (250-290 lb guys) cut at 2100-2200 calories.

3500 calories need to be cut out to drop 1 lb...if you expend 2800 calories a day (and i doubt you expend any more then that) would take you a whopping 9 days to drop 1 lb at 2400 calories a day. thats 90 days for 10 lbs. 12 weeks for 10 lbs is pretty damn slow. 2000 calories will cut that time in half for 10 lbs of fat.

Add in protein with your breakfast and add those EFA's and boost your caloric intake to about 1900-2000 and youll be able to cut while not losing any appreciable amount of muscle mass.

2400 Cal / 200 lbs is only 12 cals per pound which is very reasonable to cut. IMO - Going lower than that at the first stage of a cut will be too dramatic.
