Well im 22, havent trained for 10weeks due to injury then i had a gyno op as i had pubertal gyno.
I have done 3cycles before, first one was test and dbol, second one test and dbol and third one test and npp with var which i liked.
Im 6ft and 225lbs atm as i have lost a good 20lbs due to not training and eating like crap for the last 10weeks.
I have been light training now for 3week and feel good, and am planning on the below cycle....
Weeks 1-8
Sus 600mg
NPP 300mg
Anavar 75mg
Eq500mg
Weeks 9-12 (Cruising as myostatin/receptor reasons - Let my body reset so that it responds well to the second half of my cycle)
Test 200mg
Eq 500mg
Weeks 13 onwards
Test 600mg
Eq 500mg
Anavar 100mg
Tren 300mg
I am also using 12.5mcg aromasin everyday and 0.5mg prami when running npp or tren to act as a dopamine agonist. I have toremifene on hand incase of gyno symptoms.
The first 8weeks are purely to add lost size and regain size from muscle memory, then when the cruise starts I will be starting my cut to get into shape for summer.
Diet looks like this for the firs 8weeks which is enough to keep me growing after a lay off, I ALSO will have a CARB LOAD every sunday.

225g Chicken Breast, Just under half cup Quinoa + Banana + 10ml Garlic Olive Oil + veg + 2g fish oil
Meal 3 ??? 12.30
2.5Scoops Whey, 100ml Powdered Oats + 14g Plain Almonds
Meal 4 ??? 3.00
225g Chicken Breast, 20ml Garlic Olive Oil + Veg + 14g Plain Almonds + 2g fish oil
Meal 5 ??? 6.00
225g Chicken Breast + 14g Plain Almonds + 15mlGarlic Olive Oil + Veg + 2g fish oil
(Train From 7.10 ??? 8pm ??? During Training will Drink 30g BCAA???s plus 1 Scoop Bulk Supplements Direct Reloaded ??? BCAA???s were Bought from Trueprotein.com)

2.5 Scoops Whey + 70g Vitargo( Just under 2 scoops 70cc)
Meal 7 ??? 10pm
4 Large Whole Eggs + Tin Tuna + Veg + 2g fish oil
Fairly low in carbs, but i have been eating SHIT since i havent been able to train, so hopefully in the first 8weeks I can gain muscle and lose fat,.
I have taken start pictures then I will put some pictures up in 8weeks too.
