Morning - Bowl of Cereal, usually Wheat-Bix, Nutrigrain
Brunch - Usually a fruit salad
Lunch - A meal of some sort, about the same size as a dinner meal. pasta, meat, curry, stir fry anything like that.
Afternoon tea - Salad with tuna/chicken
Dinner - large piece of meat (any type), potatos, salad
And a recovery drink before bed
