I'm 23 years old. 5 '11 ". Weight 175lbs. I do not know my bf%.

My goals: to get rid of the last of my bf and add mass.

Here is my diet.....Now keep in mind, this is just one day. It varies from day to day. Like normally I never eat a english muffin. I eat a sprouted grain tortilla with my lunch. And dinner varies, sometimes is steak, other times its boneless skinless chicken or turkey.

But just take a look everyone, and critique.

And the prolab lean mass complex is not a weight gainer. Its a MRP, that I take in between lunch and dinner. And I also take a casein shake at night, cause I hate cottage cheese.

there is no fruits or dairy products in your diet the macros are good but think efas are a little bit low ..... how long have you been training and dieting? ( also i won't suggest eating meat every day.... try chicken breasts and fish and salmon, drop a shake from the 3 ...

1. well like I said, I dont eat meat everyday. I have a variety. Chicken, turkey, steak and sometimes I even have turkey burgers for dinner. As far as lunch that usually stays the same everyday. Either tuna fish or chicken in a sprouted grain tortilla.

2. Fruit, I do eat fruit. I eat a lot of blueberrys, strawberrys & bananas. Now don't take that statement like I eat 4 lbs a day though.

3. As far as how long I have been dieting, quite a while now. But see I haven't included any cardio into my routine so that is probably why I can't shed this last bit of fat.

4. How can I up my EFAs?? Fish oil caps???

5. And what shake should I drop from that list? If I drop the casein shake then I have no food in from dinner until the next morning. I mean I guess I could take out the MRP and repalce it with whole food.

yeah replace the mrp .... efas =( fish oil caps / real fish oil and flax oil / olive oil / peanut butter / nuts/ salmon)

i think it's a good idea to add cardio to your program...being more active is always better than decreasing you calorie intake....start with 2-3 cardio sessions per week on off days and add more sessions or increase duration if needed......

Fish oil Caps for your EFA's would be good.

Your Veggie intake is low. Plus the source of Veggies isn't that great. Eat more Fibrous veggies. brocolli, cauliflower

As far as veggies go, I have them with dinner everynight. And each night is different. I eat broccoli, green beans. And I also have a salad sometimes for lunch with romiane lettuce. Believe me, I love my veggies. I eat almost all of them.

You should be eating a few cups of Fibrous green veggies a day at least

could you guys give me a idea of what to eat with my salad? I like to have a salad with either 2 cans of tuna or chicken breast on top for one of my meals. However, I'm not sure what to eat, for my carb source?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
salad is a carb source .... add some veggies or a piece of fruit if you want ...low fat yogurt is a good carb source , beans and peas are good too,...........

what kind of yogurt? Plain fat-free yogurt???
