My M1T cycle info.

I am 20 years old 6'2 and 214lbs. I will be going on a three week cycle of M1T. Which will consist of 5mg of M1T everyday until the last week.

For the past week I take 1000mcg of B12 Vitamin a day along with 200 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid.

For my PCT I will be taking Nolvadex followed by Clenbuterol.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated this is my first cycle.
 
No one has any suggestions or comments? :(

Yes and I have read it all.

Not trying to be a dick or anything but I am not asking if your cycle is/was correct I put the information for my cycle and a simple critque was needed or a suggestion.

1-AD i can't find anywhere else so what else could i take to replace it or can I go on with the cycle with just M1T by itself.
 
Clen is not a PCT drug, and there are no studies at all showing anti-catabolism in humans.

Actually, normally I would move these 1AD/M1T questions out of here but I'm getting tired of doing it. Now that they have been illegal for this long, they may as well stay anyway I suppose. I have never used 1AD and probably never will, so its not that I didn't read it, but I have no desire to talk about it honestly and I couldn't tell you much about it anyway.

You can do M1T by itself, I used it once for 2 weeks. 20mg the first, 30mg the second. I didn't really feel that I responded to it, but I have a friend who loved it, other than heavy bloating which his girlfriend bitched about. I also know a female who liked it at 10mg a day, which was the batch I gave to her after I gave up on it. I had some lethargy issues in week #2, thats about all I can tell you.

Dont go too long or hard on it as it does hit the liver. You can throw in some N-Acetyl Cysteine, milk thistle, and/or whatever you like for liver supplementation.

I am cutting off-cycle, but honestly you may lose more muscle that way. Not only are you going to be trying to recover your natural hormonal production, but you are going to be dieting down at the same time. Thats kind of a double whammy there on the LBM.
 
I suggest 10 mg/day (5 mg every 12 hours) for 4 weeks instead. What is your exact pct plan? I wouldn't cut that soon after your cycle.
 
what is your bf% at the moment? Are you going to post before/after pics so we can see your progress?

I only have enough for 5mg/day.


Is there a way that I can still purchase M1T to get more of it.

I don't have an estimated body fat yet but I know it is high. I have been bulking for almost 6 weeks. And I will be posting before and after shots.

I use clen the first 2 or 3 weeks of my pct's to combat fat gain from eating massive amounts. I eat a lot of carbs to help to blunt cortisol levels, so the clen comes in handy to keep the fat gain from being an issue.

I had great results from combining Nolva and Clomid for my most recent pct.

Why would you want 1-AD? 4-AD combats the lethargy and labido loss from M1T.
