option 1
-40g of protein, 51g of carbs , and 10g of good fats-
option 2
-34g protein, 43g carbs, and 8.5g good fat-
So guys I need some suggestions based on what you think would be easier to fit the right ratios in. I can do option 1 for 5 meals or option 2 for 6 meals..
Obviously I kknow that 6 meals would be the best, but what would be easier to work the right foods into...simply because I'm finding it hard to get my ratios right, its driving me nuts...grr..but first..this question.
