Hey whats up!

I dont know if a lot of you know me but im Sunil and ive come a long way from a 5'10 220 to 195 and some muscle (as opposed to none).

If you even know a little of me you know im a BIG time lacrosse player - I LOVE the game and I love playing. I live in california where its not big at all but next year I have the chance to play big time east coast ball.

This is where I need your help. I am in average shape and I NEEED to be in EXCELLENT shape to get the stating job next year! I NEED to lose my excess fat and I NEED to do it ASAP!

Now WHAT kind of diet should I follow? Im thinking a carb restrictive diet that would yield good results in 6weeks. I am gonna be doing cardio EVERYDAY and lifting 5Xweek.

I NEED a good diet plan to aid me - Ive lost fat and stuff but I havent lost it all b/c my diet has always sucked! Now its time to fuckin SUCK IT UP and make it happen if I want to realize my dream - to play NCAA lacrosse.

Here are my stats:
5'10
185
37" waist size

PLEASE HELP!!

And if I need to be eating meat please gimmie a meat where I can eat VERY simply with basically NO preparation as my parents are vegetarian and dont want it in the house which is fine but I need meat so the thing is that I cant cook it but I can get precooked stuff.

Go to Infinityfitness.com and look at the ECD diet. If u have the money i'd try something like this.

i really want to play well and im competeting iwth other people for a starting spot!

i have started to go lift 5 X a week

diet wise i have added in a few more protein shakes a day like 1-2

i dunno yet if im gonna take creatine (i have a big tub of it)

ive started doing a lot of excersise in non traditional form, like MUCHO MUCHO b-ball, lots of roller hockey and of course lacrosse. I love to do that instead of running and i still get some good cardio.

i just graduated yesterday and i threw my hat wayyy up and you know what !? ITS OVER! and now i have all summer to work on imrpviing myself for next year!

Diet is going to be key in changing your physique.

How much protein are you getting in a day?
 
hmm i dunno how much protein i get in a given day but i try to get a lot

what kind of diet should i follow? like a CKD or an iso?

how many cals and stuff?
