To be honest with ya, I don't know if there is any scientific evidence of when the penis stops growing. I'm no pro but as I recall, my penis was no where near as big as it is now, when I was your age. So who knows, there may be hope for ya!

I do not remember but watching heather thomas in Fall guy when I was younger sure did wonders . I was a late bloomer my self. 4 inches you had me beat thats for sure. At least you weren't ever called turtle dick LOL. Some times you do not grow untill 18 to 21. Now my i never have had any complaints so there is hope..Well girlfriends can help the process
