Hi. READ THIS FIRST

I started bodybuilding 1 year ago, at the age of 16. I was fat.HEHE very out of shape and ZERO muscle. just fat. Then i got fed up with being that way and got my first FLEX magazine. I wanted to look like that, so i started. (Found all, and the best info from here) When i started at 16 i was 160 pounds at 5,8 of just fat. i got down to 135 pounds and started bulking now im at 150 of muscle. I just love fitness. Here are some pics--Thanx to everyone.

Excellent progress...congrats, you should be proud. :thumb:

However, I find your cut & paste posts (especially when you appear to be complimenting the board) rather annoying & slightly insulting. Do you think that we don't visit other boards :rolleyes:

W8 What am I missing here? I like to give credit where credit is due, but if it's given to someone who is insulting this board, I would rather refrain....So what's up with this cut and paste posting thing?

Im not trying to insult the board in any way. i just go to 2 forums. this one and wannabebig. these are the 2 boards i go to...SOrry i affended anyone.
 
your arms have good size but the chest needs a lot of work

Ken...you look great and have very nice potential. Stick to the program I gave you and you will grow even further.

Just remember one thing..."don't let too many cooks in the kitchen!" What does that mean? Well, I know you ask questions here and at WBB...and you may be getting alot of different opinions on how to procede. This can be very confusing and frustrating...too many cooks with too many recipes can screw up the whole meal...know what I mean?

So, stick with one person that you trust and learn as much as you can. Give the routine or diet a fair shot and watch your progress. If it is working well, stick with it, if not, than talk to someone else, and try out his/her ideas. This is the best way to make progress in this great world of fitness.
