Hi. READ THIS FIRST
I started bodybuilding 1 year ago, at the age of 16. I was fat.HEHE very out of shape and ZERO muscle. just fat. Then i got fed up with being that way and got my first FLEX magazine. I wanted to look like that, so i started. (Found all, and the best info from here) When i started at 16 i was 160 pounds at 5,8 of just fat. i got down to 135 pounds and started bulking now im at 150 of muscle. I just love fitness.
