Day2-Back/Bis
Day3-A.M. Cardio & Abs
Day4-Shoulers & Traps
Day5-A.M. Cardio, P.M. Legs
Then the cycle begins again. Keep in mind , I dont' like nor do I want to do cardio on my lifting days.
