Hello!
Im 16 and weigh around 58 Kilogram and are around 1,80 centimeter height..
Well my problem is ..my abs wont show ..Im not fat, not at all but I have a fatlayer on my stomach that hidden my abs...=(I can see them clearly when I do cardio and exercising...
Cardio: I have done cardio since 2 mounths back the first mounth I ran 3300 meters every second day..Since 2 or more I began to run 4000-4300 meters everyday or every other day ..depends on weather..Nowadays I run in the forest so its some up and downhills sometime..
Training: I workout my whole body but first I struggle for a visible sixpack.., so for that I do various kinds of crunches but also leg raises/lifts the ammount of all is 200 reps.
Eating: This is what I usally eat:
*Breakfast
orridge with some milk and Jam, A glas of water or Juice, 2 slices of brown-bread, and sometimes 1 boiled egg.
*Lunch: Spaghetti with ketchup and a glas of water.
*Dinner
ften meat,potatoes,chicken, and sometimes grill <(?)
(After 2 hours I do workouts/exercise)
After every workouts everyday I drink a glas of milk, but also if im hungry I maybe take 1 or 2 slices of bread..
I never eat junkfood anymore, dont eat buns,cookies I drink no sodas of coca-cola...I just eat some candys at friday and saturday..(not that much)
With every dinner I eat salad;Cucomber,lettuce,tomatoes..
I usally eat atleast one apple everyday too..
