My smile charactors don't move!

The "smiles" charactors don't move on my new computer. Do I need to download some type of player for them to have action?

Alizee- Shes a french singer. I dont speak french, and like her music.. which made it really awesome music for me to listen to while writing scripts, and coding little things cuz I didnt get distracted by the words

Mine does that at home. I have a firewall and it blocks it unless I uncheck it. Are you running a firewall?
