..when do I take all this shit?
I know I take the No-Xplode before I workout but how about the cell mass and the whey proten???

don't know what cell mass is. but use the whey protein and some carbs after EVERY training session. you want to get that shake down ASAP so your body can start the recovery phase. a ratio of 1:4 to 1:3 is optimum (protein:carbs). so for 20 grams of whey you want want to ingest 60-80 grams of carbs. when cutting most people lower the carbs down to around 1:1 to 1:2. you can also use whey to bring up the protein content of any meal to meet your protein requirements.

take the multi whenever, just take it daily.
 
no-xplode 30/40 minutes pre workout,
cell mass immediately after you workout,
whey protein can be used pre or post workout as long as its 1 1/2 to 2 hours pre workout, or no later than an hour after your workout,
multi-v: take in the morning with a glass of juice
 
Wow what a thread from the graveyard. There are Many things superior to bsn that have been released since this thread was created. Or you can use bulk supp ingrediants that will equal cell mass and such for much less.

first off BSN is crap. instead of NO Xplode, why not Lit Up, MesoMorph, RPM, Jack3d, Assault...so many better options.

Intead of cellmass = bulk creatine mono, creapure, creatine nitrate

take creatine half pre and half post workout (or all post workout)

take whey protein post workout and at bed time

Ditch the BSN. If you want a more mainstream brand, get Gaspari... they have pretty great formulas, despite being prop blends. SuperPump Max/SizeOn is an effective combo.

I'd suggest trying Controlled Labs White Flood or RPN or Combustion or IForce Mazimize V2 for your preworkout. Post/intra hit up CL Green Magnitude, MAN Orotine, or Universal Torrent.

Vitamins... Orange Triad is phenomenal
