My wife is 44 5'4 120 and has a very sexy body. The one flaw she thinks she has is......I'll call it a baby belly. A small deposit of fat just below her belly button. She does cardio 3 to 4 times a week and trains her abs every time she does cardio. Diet is her weakness any advice in this area would be helpfull.
Her diet is not bad (no fried foods, and small portions) although she does skip meals from time to time. She has no nutritional background so some basic " eat this....stay away from this would be a big help.
