My wrists are harder to add girth than my peeners

How the hell do I add girth to my wrists and forearms!? Ive been lifting hard to add mass and its not happening, I looks so out of proportion....

Enzyte makes my penis girthy, and so does masturbation, but not even heavy masturbation helps my forearms and wrists! :hmmm: :offtopic: :finger:

Why would you need have big wrists? If your wrists are small they'll just make your muscle belly look larger.

heh, well the wrists are your base for alot of workouts, like benching for example, think of a tree being held up by a twig :)


thats how I feel when I bench, my arms can hold the weight but my wrists are like twigs and my wrists and forearms struggle to keep the weight under control

When you bench do you keep your wrists straight or do you bend them back?
The I only time actually move them is when I do wrist curls, I can't think of anything else.......
