ok now that i got ur attention.. i just started 2 diet and 2 work my abs more 2 geta six pack and i was wondering if any of u guys, or girls, know ab exercises that dont require a bench of any kind? just me and the floor, becouse im trying 2 do at least six ab workouts a day, i need some that dont require a bench, besides the crunch and situps. any info will be greatly appreciated, thanx..
