they arent going to respond, you cant get tracking until 15 days, and it clearly says on their site to allow up to 21 days for your product. you have to be patient, they are g2g..and make sure it was .NET not .COM

Naps is gtg I've used in the past it just takes a littile longer than most as far as shipping goes

Express shipping to us? Not an option on the site. And when I chatted to the online c/s they said no express shipping otherwise I would have done it, lol now Im 1k poorer and already up to 50 in shipping
