I've read at musclemag.com that Natural Peanut butter is better for you than the standard J.I.F. stuff. Why is that? Is it a big difference in nutrition? Taste?

Natural peanut butter is an excellent source of essential fatty acids - and contains NO preservatives or added sugar.
JIF is an excellent source of salt and icing sugar.
Take your pick.
